The scent is perfectly spearmint! Now foods always has great quality essential oils! The size is decent and the price is cheap. I use this in bath salts, shower steamers, bath bombs, oil diffusers, or lotion/conditioner bars! Great for DIY holiday gifts! very soothing and calming when used in diffuser and helps my respiratory issues.

Peppermint has a very pleasant aroma. It has a strong, minty scent, but at the same time, unlike for example lavender or eucalyptus, this aroma is light and refreshing. One of my favorite scents. I use it in nebuliser and also add few drops to washing vacuum cleaner during cleaning. I like the quality of now essential oils, their oils are not as saturated as, for example, aura cacia. But still, the quality is pretty good especially for that quantity
