I finished the entire bottle of this DHA 600. To be honest, it’s hard to track any specific changes or a "wow" effect, as Omega-3 usually works subtly in the long run. I didn't feel any negative side effects, which is already a plus. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I didn't experience any fishy aftertaste or burps, which often happens with lower-quality oils. The ingredients and the concentration of DHA are impressive, but after finishing this course, I decided to go back to a regular, balanced Omega-3 complex. It’s a solid product if you specifically need high DHA, but for me, it was just okay 👍🏻

It wasn't easy to find a good pure DHA Omega-3 with acceptable price, I take icosapent ethyl alone for different reasons, so it was better to go for the DHA solo when I accidentally found that it made my Citicoline effective, a happy accident while taking unused Omega-3 supplement that I found at home. Quality ✅ Price ✅ Packaging ✅ I've to be honest though, I will not be able to make sure if it's really pure DHA as advertised, or measure effectiveness against regular DHA, I have to take their word on that.

Although a little higher price it is hard to find a DHA only fish oil. Easy to swallow and no after taste. DHA known for crossing Brain Barrier improving cognitive function.

This high DHA Omega 3 supplement is very good value especially if you consider it's in triglyceride form which is the most bioavailable. Does not give me any aftertaste
