The size of capsule allows for easy swollowing, really help with my hot flashes . There is a light scent of the capsules, but not enough to interfere with swollowing them.

I just started this along with Dr Christopher's Female Reproductive and Wheatgerm oil (2-3 capsules daily) to supply a natural source of Vitamin E and which he recommends for the body to make it's own hormones with.
