I am the mother of 3 wonderful little boys. Alhamdulelah. I nursed all of them for a little longer than 2 years. I tandem nursed 2 pairs of children (oldest with middle child - middle child with youngest child). So you could say I am someone really in need of prenatal vitamin! Taste is very palatable and the liquid form is perfect for those who have difficulties swallowing large tablets from other pre/postnatal supplements. This covers all the key nutrients needed and is a monthly size so all around fantastic item with high quality ingredients. My wife is using this daily and seems to be working so far!

I take this because I have been getting lightheaded for some time. This is a fast absorbing multi with more minerals than other brands. It is clean sources. I like the potency just wish it was larger because I really like the effects. I feel stronger and healthier than with other liquid multi and pill form. Also tastes better than other brands.

It tastes good and didn’t make me feel sick or make my heartburn worse during pregnancy! I’m taking it post partum now as well. I love thy it’s only 10 calorie and only 1 table spoon serving. I was using Mary Ruth’s and that was 2 tablespoons for 35 calories, they both taste very similar!

The only nutritional supplement I didn't mind taking even when I had severe morning sickness.

The quality is good, the taste is drinkable, but you need to mix it well with plenty of water or your favorite beverage, like I drink it with orange Fanta to avoid nausea. Rich in vitamins and natural antioxidants, it's perfect for my current pregnancy.
