Bought it for my pregnant sister who is now postpartum. Herbal blends are great for the health. And this has clean ingredients. Taste like a regualr herbal tea. The size of the packaging is nice. She uses it regularly before bed. It has 15 servings. She likes it. I also got her the labour blend as well.

Love this tea, I am freshly postpartum and was looking for a quality tea with good ingredients that gives me benefits! I love that it’s caffeine free so I can take it at night if I want!
