Its composition is identical to nature, which is why I consider it the best folic acid, especially for pregnancy, because your body may not convert regular folic acid into folate.
Great product, especially when you consider the mess made by the synthetic folic acid additives in many food items now. Folate is so necessary for proper cell function. Folic acid is such a good fit in the folate receptors that it can fail to release it when the body needs it, effectively making the body folate deficient. Avoiding products with added folic acid- and read nutrition labels as they often list it as folate in ingredients - will help. As will a good source of folate if you are unable to tolerate folate rich foods high in oxalates. This fits the bill nicely.

Listen. The terms and conditions say I can’t mention religion, but this product is fine to declare theirs freely on a health supplement. I was disappointed to see this product came with someone’s personal agenda. I actually question now if I’ve accidentally ordered something that supports a wellness influencer (grifter) rather than a reputable product. I see zero credentials mentioned on the product- just personal experiences and that they prayed over it. It is one of the only options for this supplement and I won’t be buying again.
