The oil was recommended by my naturapath to improve drier faking skin. Oil is not fishy with a light lemon taste. Makes it easy to take as it would need to take for a period before knowing if it has effect. This tastes better than the total woman omega oil with slight lemonade taste. It contains the complete omega 3,6,9
It is easily consumed as it has the lemon flavour to mask the fishy smell. Overall a good product for complete supplementation of omega 3-6-9. The bottle is designed with easy squirt out concept.
I've experimented off and on with adding omega supplements, but have never really loved takng multiple large capsules. I don't have any trouble swallowing pills, but it just seems like a pain and there's something satisfying about liquid supplements. This is a great alternative to capsules. The main reason I chose this over other brands (aside from the reviews) is because it has a flip cap with a squirt top. That means no worries about waste from pouring from the bottle. I generally just take this straight, and I find the flavor... not exactly pleasant, but definitely mild and inoffensive. It's fairly expensive, but I don't expect this type of product to be cheap if the quality is high. I think it's a good value for what you get. I will definitely repurchase this item.
I like that it has the right balance of Omega mix, and the taste is relatively pleasant. However, the oil squirts out of the bottle too quickly, which can make a mess- I wanted to give a 3 stars for that fact only
It’s hard to find an omega blend, so I’m happy with this product. It would be 5 stars if the bottle wasn’t plastic.
Love that this comes in a squeeze bottle, easy to dispense straight onto a spoon & the mild lemonade flavour makes it easy to go down as well

Fish oil is an excellent source of omega-3s, which is good for the heart and the brain. Getting your omega-3s from fish is healthier, but I don’t eat fish every day. Fish oil supplements are a good alternative for me to take on a daily basis. The ingredient is fine without fillers.
I started with the Flax Seed Oil and have switched to the Total Omega to get a more complete omega in my diet. I mix a tablespoon in my smoothie or mix it in my yogurt. On days I cant do this I have the tabs to take. The taste is mild. I have no problem with it.
