You know it's the good stuff when it has the bitter, almost-can't-stand-it taste. This product seems to be very pure and is effective for what I use it for. I always take it with a high quality vitamin C and then eat a chewable vitamin C immediately after drinking it to get rid of the horrible taste. I've noticed with previous products that once it loses the strong bitter taste it is less effective. I think this MSM by Lake Avenue is great for skin health, collagen and elastin, and joint integrity.

I've made the mistake of purchasing some bulk non-optimsm powder on amazon. The taste was so strong like DSMO-like. It also wasn't very fine. This msm is quality and doesn't have that strong taste. This is a miracle supplement. We all need sulphur to keep the youthful look , however as we grown it sulphur diminishes and we encounter problems. Msm is great for aches and pains in joints knees etc. Best part it’s great for skin and hair too . Optimsm is extremely effective and potent . However it tastes aweful, but beauty comes with pain . Ladies do take it every day !!

The taste is a little bitter, but not bad. I drink it with water and it's totally fine for me. Especially after you get used to the taste. The quantity is very nice and the product is high quality. Very satisfied

This is one of the most effective MSM supplements we tried. It' clean and has only one ingredient. It helps a lot with sore joints. Quality is top notch, and the price on the sale was adequate. BUT some people (including me) are very sensitive to supplements and can't tolerate some of it. It seems that my body can't process MSM very well, and I felt doom, insomnia, headache and overall felt very bad. I might try to take a pinch of the powder in the future or use it topically with some carrier oil.
