Bought this freeze-dried coconut water powder for backpacking and it’s weirdly delicious. Just cold water and a shake, tastes like fresh coconut. No plastic waste. The packets are flat and fit in my hip belt.

This was a fun way to take vitamins, it’s like eating a piece of soft taffy. It is quite sweet, maybe to mask all the vitamins. Was a good experience but I didn’t feel like I was getting enough vitamins, there are more options out there that put in a lot more to each gummy/piece.

I’ve been trying to reduce sugar from my diet so these vitamins have been like a treat for me. They remind me of a mix between starbursts and flintstones vitamins.
