Turmeric & Pepper, Supports Joint & Musculoskeletal System, 90 Veg Caps

This was my first turmeric purchase from iHerb and I chose Eclectic Institute because of its "raw fresh freeze-dried" processing technology. I am 57 years old with stiffness on my neck and had to seek numerous treatments at a chiropractic centre in August 2020. The doctor advised that this is caused by osteoarthritis and suggested that I take turmeric with black pepper for anti-inflammatory effect. I took 2 capsules before bed as its more effective taken at night. After 2 weeks, the stiffness has reduced and I can move my neck with ease during morning neck stretching exercises. I have also recommended it to my sister for her back pain and she too experienced improvement to her lower back. Please vote if you like my review. Thanks!

I like this supplement, because it's all natural freeze-dried turmeric root -- Not an extract, and it hasn't been chemically processed. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis, and this Turmeric helps with my inflammation. I found out recently that your body can't absorb the compounds in the Turmeric unless you take it together with Black Pepper. Who knew?

The quality is organic and freeze-dried herbs for potency. The ingredients include the pepper needed to be effective. It helped relieve the inflamation that caused joint and bone pain. I saw improvement quickly. Enjoy the benefits! I like the purity, quality, and combination of ingredients. I think tumeric is helpful for many reasons.

I’ve been using this turmeric by this brand for nearly 10 years now. They recently discontinued the regular turmeric and so I ordered the turmeric with pepper which is supposed to process better in the body. I mostly take it for aches muscle and joint however it also helps with keeping my bowel movement regular. All in all one of the cleanest I’ve found on the market.

As I already mentioned before I am using curcumin for long period of time in different ways-in pills,in powder,having it with pepper,with water and lemon etc.Good results,it is good for joints,bones,less pain there.Recommend for especially elderly people
