I also like that it has added molyddenum and selenium which act as key cofactors that help the body use and recycle glutathione more efficiently compared to regular NAC alone, supporting better detox, sulphite metabolism and overall metabolic balance. My 5 years old ASD son has sulphite intolerance and can stand this supplement but not NAC alone. I took these NAC capsules because of nicotine addiction. Some one recommended saying when quitting smoking this could help with withdrawal. It did help with restlessness. I am nicotine free since 14 months. Size is good. Price is fair. Quality is good . Ingredients are safe I think. Packaging is plastic. Lots of benefits. It has no taste.
