I trust and like Life Extension products. Black Cumin and Curcumin is a good formula, especially during the flu season. Black Cumin appears to have promise as an immune booster and as anti-allergic compound (with efficacy against allergic rhinitis, asthma, and eczema). Supplementation of curcumin reliably reduces markers of inflammation and increases the levels of endogenous antioxidants in the body. I personally really love this combination in a supplement and the cumin aftertaste of the softgels.

I like the product but I don’t like the smell of them. I don’t know why they smell so strong. But I’ll look to see if they have just a plain black seed oil capsule instead. I haven’t seen any improvement because it’s my first time using them. But they have antioxidants and are supposed to help with joint pain and cognitive health.

The capsules are high quality odorless, and size is easy to swallow. I have been buying them fot the first time. I take them with Relora to feel more benefit. My dosage is one per day. I do not recommend taking these pills on an empty stomach, as they can irritate it. My mood is more consistent and less reaction to the stress.
