This powder is great. I was looking for something to supplement my diet & provide benefits for my overall well-being. For the price, this product was almost everything I was looking for. It has so many veggie ingredients and also the collagen (bovine, I think). I asked Google for "A daily powder I can dissolve in my cappucino or water that doesnt taste too strong & contains iron, magnesium, calcium, vit d, collagen, and fruits/vegetables." I said My price-point and that I'd rather avoid any of the large warehouse retailers(or big-box). Google suggested this. The powder really can be hidden in your drink, surprisingly, and it can be combined w other powders supplements. I use a half scoop of this and half scoop of smarter greens. I am pleased with results. My goal was digestive, cognitive, and overall-wellness support. This one is easier to hide the taste than others Ive had which I appreciate.

I believe the quality is pretty good. whatever the ingredients are it tastes really good. at my age I'm hoping this helps out a lot, and I do like the packaging because it's in a tube not a bag.

I'm trying to slow down the inevitable aging process. Taking 30g of this supplement daily as part of my efforts. It's better to take it on an empty stomach to avoid interfering with other protein absorption. It's important to drink enough of water throught out a day to help it work effectively.

I have started adding collagen powder to my morning drinks (coffee or juices) and it mixes well and doesn’t alter the flavor or the taste of the drinks. I noticed the effects like my skin feels firmer and my joints feel more flexible. I don’t feel the pain on my knees at night specifically during winter.
