I take this Super R-Lipoic Acid first thing in the morning along with Life Extension NAC, and I feel less sluggish in the morning than I did before adding on this supplement (back when I was taking the same dose of Life Extension NAC alone). Only been taking this Super R-Lipoic Acid/NAC morning combo for a couple of weeks so far...I'll post another review to report on how I feel in the long term.
