I like adding this Citrus Electrolyte to my 750ml water bottle! I drink it in the morning and I feel refreshed and good with it. Also the smell of citrus stays when I refill the bottle throughout the day, which is a nice plus haha

The ingredients are fine, but I did not end up using it much because I dislike the flavor: very artificial, kind of bitter and sour at the same time, but not in the refreshing way. Just unpleasant. It dissolves easily though, no need to use a shaker. I much prefer the electrolyte drink by the california gold sports brand.

Great electrolyte mix for hydration, especially during sports or hot weather. Tastes refreshing and is not overly sweet. I appreciate the added vitamins and minerals, which help with recovery. Mixes easily in water. A very good option for clean hydration.

It dissolves well in water, and according to the ingredients list, it should have some hydration benefits. I haven't used it before a very challenging training session yet, so I haven't really tested it to its full extent, but so far I haven't had any problems with it. It's a bit too sweet to my liking, though. And the flavor is not great either. It's decent overall, but could be much better. Might try another variation of this product next time.
