Really love these electrolytes, helps me with my energy in the morning, i drink this instead of coffee everyday. It has b12 and vitC which is amazing. If you like to do any type of fasting this is a good source of electrolyte drink as it contains all the minerals you need to keep your body hydrated and balanced without losing too much minerals and if you love to workout it’s great as it replenishes the minerals you lost through sweat, as for taste it’s not too sweet if you add the right amount of water to dilute the sweetness but overall quality and benefits of this drink it great would recommend.
