I bought the Mixed Berry and the Grape flavors. The Grape is my favorite, I love the taste. I add 1/4tsp to my pre-workout and my post-workout fluids. I feel the benefit in my training from better hydration. I love the short wide-mouth tub - great sized packaging, easy to get to the contents with a small scoop.

Pretty good electrolyte to be used for rehydration for my tennis games. The taste is also pretty nice for its flavour and it is not excessively sweet. There are no sugars as well which is great. The quality of the product is very well package and comes with the scoop.

California Gold has great quality products and fantastic pricing at iHerb This product is a good quality electrolyte, but the taste was not great My go to electrolytes from iHerb is Ultima 90 serving in Grape, Raspberry or Orange Delicious taste, but I only buy on sale or with a code due to the cost

This is a great hydration supplement powder to mix into water. Dissolves easily. Much more economical than packets or other brands. Flavor is good. Not overpowering, not overly sweet, not sour either. I like it and will continue to buy it.
