I use this in conjunction with my other tools to manage my acid reflux. So far it does help in managing my symptoms. It is a chewable tablet that is slightly chalky and doesn't taste too bad. The ingredients are better than buying over the counter acid reflux medications or prescription medications. I really like this product because it's from natural high-quality ingredients, and it has no aluminum additives like other antacids. Since i've had my stomach and esophagus erosions, i took chemical medications, but it didn't work very well, so i'm glad that i found something natural that can help my GERD until i fully heal my erosions and get back to health. My wife had those symptoms. We found Heartburn Soothe to be a decent remedy for her. The proprietary blend in the mixture helped her deal with the problem of acid reflux and abdominal pain and they tasted good. These are great! I do get a lot of heartburn (yeah, yeah, change my diet, I know...) and they taste great. They aren't calcium-based, so you don't have to worry about getting too much calcium. They don't have cane sugar so you can take them after brushing your teeth.
