I wish this stuff was cheaper, but there's no doubt it's good quality. I've been giving half a capsule to my sick cat daily, and she's doing very well. Full of life and has lots of energy. I picked this product because it states it has no filler. I've used it for a month. Sleep well. Less tired. More clear energy in the mornings, and no "side-effect" perhaps from its purity. I had been thinking that fucoidan might be anti-parasitic because it is mucilagenous, so, parasites wouldn't be able to latch-on to the colon. I did research about it and found out that the research substantiates this. I take 2 capsules per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
