I found this item when looking for a plant based low histamine protein source. I’m pleased at how easily it mixes in to food and/or beverages. I’ve used it in pancakes and with coconut milk and coffee so far. It’s very slightly grainy and adds a very slight earthy taste but not unpleasant at all especially with all the benefits it brings
