my mum is 52 years old now, this supplement is good for your stomach, you will poop well and more regular, good for everyone, stomach system is really to your mood, nothing better than start your day with a good poop, after a good poop, nothing can beat your mood.
There are a lot of probiotics and pre-biotics out there that are over priced if you look at the back of this and see what’s in it and then the amounts I think you’ll be pretty happily surprised it also has prebiotic which is good for the gut

When I checked the ingredients of this product, it seems clean and natural. Plus it has everything that microbiome needed. Great supplement for gut. The quality and size of the capsules are just typical size so it's not that hard to take. The packaging is in amber glass(?) It doesn't have a taste. I noticed how it helped my digestion and constipation. So I think it has better absorption but it is not a drastic change.
