I am bloating a lot, the last two month were very stressful and I felt really bad. Bloating, bad digestion, heaviness in stomach, etc. I decided to find something. I read many reviews here and decided to try. I've been taking it 2 times a day (1\2 of each time) for 7 days and I already feel the difference. Also, I eat more vegetables and fruits + seafood, and do not eat meat for this week (and I don't eat diary products at all for many years). This product helped a lot, usually I just followed instruction on the package and linked it to my meals, so I was consistent with the intake. The powder form makes it easier to drink & digest, and the taste is amazing. Really enjoyed the product. Ofc, another things like stress relieve, good night sleep and optimal diet were implemented as well.
