Really really good collagen. Good quality. You can definitely see results on your skin mainly. Beautiful skin almost immediately. Radiant almost hehe. I love it. Good effect. I also take it for my joints and it helps. Especially on my knee for when I work out. Effect on hair I haven't seen much effect. The scoop handle is a bit too long I think but whatever.
I was using the other brand right before this one, and my knees were quirky. After I started this one, in a couple of weeks all is good again with my knees.
