Why has customer service gotten so bad?
Macy's customer service has become terrible and that's why they're struggling. The customer should always be the top priority in retail.

They were a little stiff but maybe I just need to use them. I just got them so I should give it a chance

I love these napkins, you can pair them with any seasonal colors. I wish to have the them in sofas covers and curtains 😁. I just love them that much.
