Emerald (3/4 ct. t.w.) & Diamond (1/10 ct. t.w.) 18" Pendant Necklace in 14k Gold Over Sterling Silver

Ordered this online and did an in store pick up. When I picked it up I said that’s not the chain it comes with. She said that’s how they all are. When I showed her the photos online, she said, “Well we sell these more for the pendant, not the chain.” She refused to replace the chain, which is fine, it’s not her fault. I took the necklace home since I had already pre-paid for it online. I called customer service and they apologized and sent out a new necklace to my house. When it showed up it was the SAME chain. I had to ship it back. So annoying. No one can help me, and they don’t care to either. They already got my money. No where in the online listing does it state that you will get a different chain or chain may vary. It says nothing.

The charm and necklace turned colors. Very, Very disappointed!!

The chain that was in the image is quite different than the one that was received with my item when I picked it up. The chain that was with the pendant when I picked it up was a much cheaper and finer chain, and it appeared tarnished, like cheap costume jewelry after being worn for some time. The pendant was lovely and appears just as pictured.

after ordering a prior necklace that came in damaged and the chain was discolored, I checked to get another one and there was none. I had to upgrade to this Necklace and when I received in a couple of days before Christmas it too had a Discolored Chain. It's like it wasn't Plated correctly and had corroded. No Time to reorder so I had to drive to Penny's and purchase a seperate Gold chain for the Gift. I would have expected Much higher Quality from my wifes favorite store Macy's.....

Ordered my first gift and it came in damaged, missing a stone and chain was badly discolored. after going rounds on the phone i was told to return it and of course it was the last one so I had to pick another item and of course it cost allot more. Well it just came in today 3 days before christmas and it also had a bad chain like it wasnt plated correctly. No time to wait on a replacment and like the other one it was the last one. So I had to go locally and pay even more for a better gold chain. Highly upset with Macy's Product and No additional help was provided or Item cost reduced. May not buy from Macy's again...

The make is not as refined as shown in the image but quite crude .

This piece is very well-priced considering the weight of its precious stones and the fact that all the gemstones are natural.

the pendant is beautiful and what i expected. chain is cheap & was broken when I took it out of box. have to go out & buy a chain for it.

Item is very beautiful but it is really small compare to what the photograph showed. The photograph should be more realistic as a size on a person’s neck relatively.

The Mrs. said she loved it and thought it was beautiful.
