Love the color
Color is nice and neutral, just what I was hoping for. Good value

Dissapointed
The image is deceiving. The duvet is of poor quality. It is see-through so you can see the patterns of the comforter, and it is like two flimsy flat sheets sewn together.

Mismatch in color.
I ordered the set in blue. The color I received was different than the color on the picture.

Worst case issues not resolved
I’m very disappointed with Macys. I ordered several items and all came except one. I called customer service 3x and talk to 3 different people. Each time I reassured that I would receive my item 2x the 3rd they said I would get a refund. It never happened. I didn’t get my item or a refund.

Wasn't the item I thought I was receiving!
I wasn't happy...I thought I was receiving a comforter set, instead I received this item. I don't know it should be used...in the picture it appears to be a comforter set. I need to exchange it for something different. Please advise on what is most feasible!!
