Dual Compartment 4-Wheel 17" Laptop Backpack

This bag is great for 2 nights visiting via train. It moves swiftly throughout the train station and inside. I condense my packing to just necessary items and they all fit well. Besides heavy luggage becomes a big problem during rush hours. The art of not overpacking is based on keeping clothes selections to basic interchangeable colors with comfortable shoes or sneakers. This backpack on wheels has enough space for a good trip that doesn’t require a lot of extra clothes.

Beautiful, sleek, stylish bag. However, the handle is extremely flimsy. It's very hard to guide your bag on all four wheels with the handle. The wheels also don't seem to turn and roll well. Sometimes one of them gets stuck in one position until you mess around with it a little bit to get it in the proper alignment when you're switching directions.

The wheels are goodness awful. It’s sad because the bag in itself is excellent. For it to fail to roll well is such a misstep of the manufacturer. There is no control over how the backpack moves about; it’s quiet but uncontrollable. When I’m walking the backpack is rolling all over the place: bumping into me and into others. I’m someone who likes my bag rolling beside me and not behind me and this backpack doesn’t cooperate with that, as well as it’s well compartmentalized the wheels just ruin it. How this passed quality control is beyond me. I’d suggest spending extra to replace the wheels but the bag is great, I’m just so disappointed the care stopped there.

I love this bag, use it for work. Not a traditional roller bag, lots of space, and pockets, sturdy.

I purchased this for my husband for his work. It's spacious and a great organizer for his files, books, laptop. The exterior side pockets hold his water bottle and a tote umbrella. Wheels are easy to manuever. It makes his walk from the parking area to the office quick and easy. Highly recommend for professionals and college students.

I got this for work. I bring home work daily, carry my lunch to work and a wallet. It carries everything and rolls fabulously without a problem. Though i haven't been able to register the lifetime warranty that comes with the purchase. Any help on that is appreciated.
