Very disappointed in Macys. Item was not in my package - when I reported it, I was told it was out of stock and not offered to re-send. My account was credited but it says keep the item. I never received the item. Very disingenuous to have the item on the invoice if they were out of stock. Never notified me that it wouldn’t be sent. Extremely disappointed in Macys
