Super pretty colors! Very rare that I find a platelet where I know I'm going to use all of the colors!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Macy’s during the 10 Days of Glam sale. I placed my order during the sneak preview, a full day before the sale officially started, expecting that ordering early would secure the items I wanted. Instead, Macy’s only shipped a few items and then silently canceled the rest of my order a week later without any notification whatsoever. To make matters worse, I had to spend an hour on the phone with customer service just to figure out what happened, only to be told that the items were now out of stock because Macy’s took too long to process my order. That is completely unacceptable. If items are unavailable, customers should be informed immediately — not left waiting in the dark for a week. This was a terrible shopping experience combined with horrible customer service. Macy’s clearly does not value its customers’ time or loyalty. After this experience, I will no longer be giving Macy’s my business, and we will also be closing our Macy’s credit card.

Prettiest palette I’ve ever used. Colors are rich and go on vibrant. Wish they had a cool color combo

I didn’t receive my order because your courier delivered it on Sunday. No one was there, and it turns out he left my order at the door. When I came back, the package was gone — someone might have stolen it. Why did your courier leave the order outside? The door was closed; he should have handed it to me personally.

Returned the product. Too much glitter in the eyeshadows that had fallout. But it’s a pretty color story if you like glitter

This is a perfect palette of both glitter and matte shades. The glitter tends to adhere to the matte giving a deep shimmer.I have received multiple compliments on how beautiful my eyes look when wearing these shades. They are an excellent choice.
