We ordered the watch online. Took the watch to Macy’s to resize the strap. The sales person was helpful.

Quality of band is bad. Easily scratched on band and some of the painting coat chipped off. For the price you expect more.

I am returning this beautiful watch only because I prefer a gold face dial. It would have been wonderful as my other Seiko lasted 35 years before being damaged during battery change.

We really wanted to like this, but when we went in to have it resized, we were told that it was cheaply made. This was returned.

Received used looking in damaged box and tool for adjusting links was missing. I thought I was buying a brand new watch.
