Received one rod that was broken in shipping. It took me half an hour to find a human being to talk to who could order a replacement. I still haven’t heard if it has shipped. If someone can contact me I would appreciate it!!! You really need an option on your automated phones to allow a customer to talk to a human being who hasn’t ordered furniture!!! The unbroken rod was what we wanted.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice solid well-made curtain rod. I needed a true white rod and this was more off white so unfortunately I had to return it.
