Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast Iron 4.5-Quart Round Dutch Oven

Received the smaller Dutch Oven and it is a perfect addition to my 7 other pieces. This one I use for browning meat and also for making rice. Love it

Our daughter wanted this for her 21st birthday. Figured it will last forever so might as well get it now. She's named it Carla, and she and her roommate have made sourdough in it every week so far. It has a place of high honor in her cabinet, and I'm sure it will see her through decades of good cooking with friends and family

This cast-iron Dutch oven was so easy to use and clean. It’s a beautiful color and holds heat well. I’ll be looking to purchase more items later. This doesn’t have anything to do with the Dutch oven itself, but just be sure to look at the promotions before you check out. I missed out on a three-piece freebie because I didn’t see it until it was too late.

This is ultimately the perfect lifetime dutch oven. I have had one in yellow for over 25 years and I bought this one for my daughter who says she come across recipes all the time that call for a dutch oven. It's a bit pricey but it will last a lifetime and you will LOVE this piece.

I bought this for my husband so he could make his round Italian bread. The oven makes it so crispy and golden that he is obsessed.

Love this Dutch oven, it’s so pretty and suprisingly light

For the high price, I expected the dutch oven to be smooth inside. There were some tiny areas where there were some tiny dots (dent) inside the pot. I wish for a smooth cooking surface. This bothers me when I am cooking, However, I am still able to use it. Also, there was an area that does not have the off white paint inside the hole of the pot lid. I have to make sure that it is screwed tight so that, the moisture will not seep inside the metal handle of the pot lid.

I love it but after one use a round scratch appeared in the bottom (no metal implement was used)
