This purchase is replacing the same Cuisinart Grind and Brew, that I had for 20 years... yes, no kidding...which I had also purchased at Macy's... The new one is perfect... I'd recommend this for anyone who wants to have freshly ground coffee every morning...

It's an appliance that needs cleaning with each pot but it brings the morning fresh, fragrance and taste of hot brewed coffee so WHO CARES!
Been using grind and brew coffee machines since the 1990s and this will be my last purchase from Cuisinart. The grinder doesn’t work as promised, have the setting for 12 and produces less than a 1/4 cup of grounds in the basket. I tried cleaning the thing after every use it still doesn’t work as it should. Cuisinart should buy back every one of these things and apologize for selling absolute garbage. DO NOT BUY!!!!
Great coffee pot!
We have long been sold on this product and the convenience of having the grind and brew features all in one. This is the fourth (?) Cuisinart Grind and Brew we have purchased. We did hope that the grinding would not be as loud as previous coffee makers but this one is even louder! Fortunately no one has wanted to sleep in and we can use ground coffee (or quiet coffee as we call it) when we have guests.
I bought this one 2 years ago and now the grinder motor died. Otherwise it is a decent enough coffee maker. I just cant grind beans anymore with it.
