Pure Enrichment MistAire Eva 4-Speed Evaporative Humidifier

I am extremely disappointed that After using this item for just about 2 years I can’t use it anymore due to mold within the unit. It still works and I have followed the directions on how to properly use and maintain it. Changed filters as directed but it never lasted for 6 months. It would start to stink and get moldy rather quickly after a month of usage even when letting it fully dry haven’t been able to get a replacement filter for many months because it’s out of stock. The actual unit has mold within it where the propeller is located and I am unable to get rid off it.

Very poor. There’s no reason to have a filter sitting in water, it’s obvious that it will start to mold. My first one stopped working within the 1st month and my replacement doesn’t power on. Do not recommend.

Received as a wedding gift and had very high hopes. But, the ring that connects the top and bottom is missing! Sadly we cannot use it because of this. Is getting a replacement part possible?

I bought this humidifier last year and had high hopes given the positive reviews. However, I’ve found that despite cleaning the machine every day and using fresh water, it develops a terrible smell within 3ish days of use. I’ve tried rotating filters (which are expensive, btw) and cleaning it more often, and it always develops a musty smell. I’ve never had a humidifier that was stinkier than this and required more upkeep. I stopped using it last winter because I was sick of the smell and thought I’d give it one last try this winter. No luck.

Excellent quality evaporative humidifier. I have purchased a second one as a gift for my son because I am so pleased with mine after over 2 years of use. Quiet, efficient, easy to fill and clean!

This is the most quiet and so easy to clean! The filters don’t fall apart & last for a good period. It doesn’t make things wet but adds moisture into the air. This is a big deal for this dry high desert area. I couldn’t recommend this more.

It's very quiet and seems to be good for smaller spaces. My only complaint is that it is a bit big.

I use MistAire whenever the humidity is low and love it. I keeps my skin and hair hydrated and I don't get shocked walking across the carpet. It's great.

This is a great humidifier that does its job in providing just the right amount of humidity we need in our bedroom. Without this humidifier, the room would be too dry. Totally love it!
