When I received my blender and picked it up, I knew something was broken. I opened the box. I immediately closed it and shipped it right back. It came in defect This has not been the first time I ordered something from Macy’s and has been defective. I think they need a better system in packaging their merchandise before shipping it out.
Really liking my new blender! The blender is strong and not too loud. Haven’t used the food chopper so cannot speak to that. Bought on sale though have to say totally worth regular price.
