This is the 3rd steam mop I have purchased. The first two were NOT a Salav True & Tidy mop. By far the True and Tidy (STM-500 Model) far exceeds the previous ones I had. I truly love it and would recommend to anyone looking for a steam mop. Steam mops just work so much better than any traditional mop. I did purchase extra cleaning pads and since they are washable, I use them over and over again.
I love the steam mop, it is so good on carpet. It doesn't soak the carpet with moisture either. I feel better using it because I have pets in the house.
Now I don't have to worry about burning my clothes by steaming it

Deeply cleaned a kitchen floor that always looked dirty in d spite of every attempt. The floor was scrubbed by hand using Comet cleanser, SOS pads, and boiling water with little effect. True and Tidy’s steam cleaner did the trick! The tile looks clean for the first time since moving in using only distilled water.
I am a senior and this steam mop is perfect. It is so easy to use and so light weight. Filing the detachable water supply is also so easy to use. I highly recommend this product I truly love it.
I received this as a Christmas gift after wanting one for a while... I had a Shark Steam Mop Years Ago and Loved It. I like how this one has a triangular design to get into corners easily and it heats up super quickly & is easy to use. I feel good about limiting the chemicals I'm using in my home, while still hopefully eliminating germs in hopes of keeping my family safe & healthy.
I was super excited to receive this steam mop as a Christmas gift! I have not had the chance to use it yet but I will be today and I would like to give an update once I do! I think I am going to really like that it has a triangular shaped head to easily get into corners!!!
Love my steam mop! Easy to assemble & use. This is better then my other one. Glad I replaced this one with my old one.
we purchased this wonderful steam mop earlier this year and use it every week to steam all of our floors. It takes about 2 hours but when we have completed this task the floors are clean and disinfected. We used to use a mop and vinegar which did a good job but not as good as steam. Thank you True and Tidy for inventing such a great steam mop.
