Wouldn’t buy Macy’s again
I bought a pillow and it arrived waded up in a plastic bag bent in half and had black marks on the front and back of the white pillow fabric and smelled of Body Odor. I called customer service and was told I must have received a used pillow! What kind of business sells “new pillows” that have been used!!!! Disgusting!

Perfect for one, a bit full for other
My partner loves the pillow. I returned the 2nd one we ordered, which was too full & the cover was a little crinkly/noisy for me.
