I love the sophisticated look and the spaciousness of the bag. I think it will hold all I need for 4 days of travel. My only concern is the flimsy feel of the trolley handle, the tote handles are a plus.

Handle is very loose when pulled up all the way. Not sturdy. Macy’s-you need to speed up your shopping!
The rolling tote seemed well-designed as I packed. Lots of thoughtful pockets and compartments. But the 4 spinner wheels do not track well. It will not roll in a straight line. I ended up just dragging it behind me on 2 wheels. I would have been greatly disappointed had I paid full price.
I love the look of this carry on. It holds a lot and the side pockets are and added feature that comes in handy. It fits nicely under seat. However, the handle is very flimsy which causes the wheels not to roll correctly. Fix the extended handle and it's a great carry on.
I’ve had this since 2019 and I must say, it’s not the sleekest looking suitcase with the ugly quilting but man does it fit a ton of stuff. I fly a ton and have beat it into the ground and I need a new one. After years of using it regularly the zippers finally gave out and one of the wheels is tread down. I definitely want another for the space.
It’s a good little carry on, fits under the seat, however, the handle is not sturdy, very hard to manipulate especially on commercial grade carpet as many airports have
I just received my carry-on so I have not had a chance to see it at work. It is,however, smart looking. The gold hardware contrasts nicely with the overall black. The main compartment is roomy, with enough space for overnight and a change of clothing. My iPad will be well protected with its own compartment and the two side pockets will be perfect for chargers and plugs. I have been loooking for a carry-on this size. Looks like I can stop searching.
I have been looking to replace my 20-yr old travel backpack and this spinner is the perfect replacement. The wheels glided smoothly and I was able to pack my mini purse in it as well. So it has more room than my old backpack. From my experience the spinner easily fits under the seat in the Business cabin. It fits under the Econ cabin, but you can’t stuffed the bag. This spinner is perfect for those airports (for me JFK, PHX, LHR, DFW) where you have a long trek to exit or when your transfer gates are not close to each other.
