This item was such poor quality. I’m so disappointed in Macy’s low standards these days. I will no longer be shopping at Macy’s. In addition to caring poor quality. Their return process is cumbersome and not customer friendly.
Quality made but looked worn in a few days
While the color may attract you and you think you can deal with imperfections...let me tell you this. You do NOT want to spend 45 minutes after you wash the rugs, pinching off the shaggy lint. Your washing machine tub will be covered in the shaggy, soggy mess. And if you put them in the dryer, you'll create a fire hazard with the 4 cups of globbed lint left in your dryer. After this debacle there isn't enough absorbent fluff to take care of the water on your feet after the shower. These were a total bust.
This rug had a very unpleasant smell when I got it so I washed it. Threads from the product fell off in droves washing machine was full of it, and when I put it in the dryer even more. Not happy with this at all.
Waited to long to return these. Just threw them away in a fit of disgust. I can’t believe I paid so much money on these awfully carpets.

Disappointing. Hard to find contour rugs anymore. Bought along with a larger size, washed and so much texture came out that it clogged the drain and overflowed my wash tub. What a mess to clean up. When I finally got it cleared out and could finish the cycle and rinse, half the rugs werent there. I had a was of fuzz that could make another rug. Hung outside to dry, where more fuzz blowing around. Once dry, there was a hole in the smaller rug where the threading came apart. VERY POOR QUALITY do not buy, not up to Macys standards.
