Tommy Hilfiger Logan 21" Sport Duffel

I liked the quality, size and style of the bag so much I purchased another one. The handles were strong and well made, the canvas was a decent thickness and the stitching looks very durable.

I got this bag for my hisband for Fathers Day! His previous bag broke and was very happy for the the new one. We will be going on vacation in October so it will come in handy

I bought this for my carry on luggage. Flying before my 10 day cruise and needed some extra space. This is great, has lots of room and really good zippers. The canvas is good quality. This will be perfect for day trips too.

I ordered the the duffel on January 29th check several times in next few weeks still no bag. So I called customer service and spoke to two people that didn't have a clue to what I was even calling about; even though I explained it a few different ways, they tell me It's was delivered at the store. Of course. It wasn't.. I had already checked there, and I never got notification to pick it up..they can only put a claim in. Then the next day they charge my account for a bag that I didn't even receive. So I call back of course,no clear explanation, and then they send me an email after the fact a day later, that they're gonna refund the charges. why would you even charge me if I didn't receive the item, originally? when we had already established that I didn't received it, and I had no previous charge on my account. long story short still never got the duffel,waiting on my redund...So Ridiculous!😡
