I size down in classic fit
By the size chart I'm a Large but the Medium classic fit have a better sized neck opening and body width for me. Arms are just a hair shorter than where I'd like them to be, but I've had the same problem on a custom fit Large, so who knows. This newer solid color shirt seems to have thicker cotton than my other ones, so that's good.

Love this T-Shirt. Mid-Weight Jersey that looks like a shirt and not an undershirt. Beautiful quality and nice banding around the collar.
