I am very unhappy with this purchase. I have been wearing this ring for only a very short time, and it is already covered in scratches and shows signs of damage. The quality is extremely poor and does not meet expectations at all. I would not recommend this product.
Needs to have bigger ring sizes and durability
I purchased a ring 12 days ago and the order is still processing. I was told I would get my ring in 3 to 5 business days. I am leaving the country soon and I am afraid I will not get it before I leave. I’m not happy about it.
I ordered this March 15th. The updates kept saying pending for processing. 15 days after my credit card was charged but the item never arrived.
If I could give a zero, I would. The product itself is fine but the customer service is terrible. I ordered this for my wife for Christmas. Everything online indicated that if I paid for expedited shipping , it would arrive before Christmas. Leading up I kept checking the shipping status and the product had not delivered. I spoke with customer service and eventually was told it would be on time. Then was told it wasn’t. Then told it was backlogged and was given the option to cancel the order. I cancelled the order, twice. Then the product arrived a week later. The. I tried to return it to the store and was told I need to return online. Absolutely worthless service.
I never got it, I got the Macys credit card to get a good discount for my weeding ring, and never got the ring. I just got an email saying they were going to refund the money. I wouldn’t even give 1 star.
great purchase would recommend highly
The ring is nice but I made a mistake so I might return it and buy a similar ring with bigger diamonds. I will wait for another sale with additional 30% off to get the ring at a good price.
Beautiful ring. Enjoy wearing this. Only comes in full sizes though
Love this ring. Happy that was able to buy it in my size, so re-sizing was not necessary. And the price was great with sale and an additional coupon.
