I was so happy to catch great price for the cashmere cardigan, and I was waiting for delivery to arrive on time, but it turned into a huge mess: delivery was delayed and they send me a wrong item…very disappointed

It is not 100% cashmere. Might be a blend. I own several cashmeres from different brands and this one not 100% cashmere as it claims.

This sweater was ordered with pickup at Macy’s store and I never get the notification for pickup. Then after a long waiting time, got the message from Macy’s app that the item was refunded. “Keep the item. No need to return. Refund complete.” Is it funny??? I never got a chance to pickup. What’s there to keep??? If you cancel an order, at least email your customer about the reason for cancel, and a sorry would be nice to have

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. It looks great and is very warm, perfect for cold days. Runs true to size in a generous way. Excellent purchase.
