Ninja® Nutri-Blender Pro 1100-Peak-Watt with Auto-iQ®, BN401

This is a powerful blender and crushes vegetables and root ginger very well. The footprint is larger than expected on the counter but I rather have the power . It looks nice in the stainless steel.

Very disappointed with this blender. I only used it four times before the blade got stuck. When I tried to turn it on again, the motor burned out. For a product at this price, I expected much better quality and durability. I would not recommend it.

Works well for my morning smoothie

Bought this 2 months ago and quickly rinsed and cleaned blades and base immediately after every use. The gasket quickly started to smell and was VERY difficult to remove and clean. Because it is located close to the blades. I’ve nearly stabbed myself multiple times trying to remove the gasket. I even bought replacement gaskets to rid the smell and two different tools to remove them. The new gaskets only need a tiny bit of fluid underneath, and you’ve got a smelly gasket the next day, even with immediate proper washing. I smell spoiled milk every time I take a sip out of the smoothie cup. For someone who makes smoothies daily as a quick breakfast, this design flaw makes this a smelly waste of time and money.

The Ninja blender does a great job every morning, blending my protein shake with frozen berries and ice. I tried other brands but like this the best. One criticism is that it is rather loud (not like a quiet ninja should be - haha)

We’ve been using this almost daily for a few weeks. It’s noisy but not unbearable, and the consistency with which it fully blends ingredients is worth it. We love the auto blend mode for smoothies. Feels worth the money so far…

This machine is really loud that i cant use it in the morning for my smoothies as it wakes the household snd probably the neighbours

SUPER BLENDER

I bought this Ninja blender for my teenage sons to replace our old Ninja blender. Although this whizzes through ice and frozen fruit like a champ, the cups are so wide that it’s really hard for me to hold and twist. I don’t personally use it to make smoothies, but I am the one who has to wash the cups and twisting off the lids of these is very difficult because they’re so wide. I don’t consider my hands to be tiny and delicate, but I struggle every time. My boys don’t seem to mind the width of the cups, but I think it would be difficult to hold compared to the older ninja blender cups, which were more narrow. It would’ve also been nice if this updated model could still be used with the previous model’s cups, but they can’t because they’ve changed the width.
