Love these shoes! Extremely comfortable. Wore them for a 16 hour day of traveling, and no complaints. The bling factor adds just enough style, without seeming garish. I would love to have in some other colors, too!

Cute shoe but way too tight around the top. They fit high on the ankle making the elastic uncomfortable. Had to return.

I had a previous pair and liked because they are both comfortable and dressy. Just purchased another black pair and gray.

Originally this was a Mother's Day gift, but when I received the shoes, I found that the sewing thread was loose and cracked, and the filling inside was exposed. I took it to the Union Square store in San Francisco and planned to exchange it for another pair. , but the salesperson said it was out of stock. I checked Macy's Apps and found that there was still a lot of inventory inside, but why didn't the employee refuse to exchange with me? Is this what I get the service at Macy’s? Very disappointed I won't buy anything here again

These are so pretty and so well-made and very, very comfortable. My feet have lots of arthritis and I am very happy with these shoes
