[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first used the dishes at a Christmas dinner at our church. I had so many compliments on them. I’ve used them many times already and will use them for our family Christmas dinner. I love the design with the Christmas tress and the red cardinals and, also, like that they are dishwasher safe.

Can’t wait to use these simple yet festive plates! The quality and design are great!

I am aware that the trees on the plates are a darker green than the color on the pottery plates and on closer inspection I see where the tree motif is actually a decal. I realize that they are melamine and that probably is not conducive to bring painted. So overall I like the product since it won’t break and the cost is less but Would like the tree color to be like that of the pottery item
