Macys incorrectly shows the dimensions in inches: Product dimensions- 3" L x 8.3" W x 7.2" H are really centimeters. This coffee pot will not sit on the burner of my gas stove so I will consider buying a much larger one or another brand. In looking at the manufacturer’s information, they picture the dimensions in both centimeters and inches. However, they show what appears to be the coffee pot sitting on a gas stove. After looking closely at that picture, it actually is a picture of the coffee pot superimposed over a picture of a gas stove. It looks like it is hovering in mid-air. Very misleading! They should include a small grate or plate for setting on the burner. It is a safety issue if someone tries to balance this pot without support.
