I ordered a Journee Haylinn Ankle Boots (Navy) in size 7.5. I received a tall gray boots in size 10 instead. I returned the boot to Macy's and received a refund along with a $10.00 voucher. Unfortunately the boots I wanted were no longer available for order or in the store. I was treated kindly with the return and appreciated the assistance received from the 2 ladies who assisted me.

I would not recommend these. I wore them twice to an office job and by the middle of day 2, the black color has rubbed off of the boots where they crease when I walk. The material on the toe is peeling as well. A waste of money.

Quality fine. Just heel too high for me and too narrow in width

Very disappointed in this bootie. I have very wide feet, so the fit was perfect. The quality is garbage. After two wears the front middle part of the bootie started to crack and the paint/color around the sole started to peel off/fade. Very disappointed 😩. Would not recommend.

They run a bit large. And since these are the type of shoes you'd probably wear dress socks with, I'd recommend trying a half a size down as well. Other than that, they're very comfy and have a bit of stretch- even more of a reason to size down. I'd say the quality is also decent. Just a standard, elevated everyday beige boot.
