This is a very nice set for this cost - I always get compliments and it is easy to spot at baggage claim. I had an older version (was dropped down stairs and wheel broke off) and the zipper was down too low on one side that it did not hold much. This new version has fixed this problem with zipper in correct place! Now I have two little matching cases as still have the old one.
Lugguge looked nice but did not meet the quality I was expecting from Macy's.
This was a pleasant surprise. This luggage set looks better in person. The roller bag functions smoothly. move The smallest piece (the case) is large enough to hold a lap top.
The luggage has a cheap look and texture. Don’t recommend this product.
They look good just not fully content with the suitcase zipper

I bought this last year used it once the problem is the carry on handle it doesn’t work. Waste of my money I don’t if Macy’s will take care of it not since been a year
Items were too small
I thought the one suitcase was bigger. It will be useful for weekend trips but not for longer stays.
Worst hand luggage set I ever bought. Unfortunately went for a long trip but only used for one travel. Apparently the metal is very weak and the handle won’t go down anymore. Would have returned it but lost the return label.
