[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shoe is beautifully crafted; however, it needs broken in as it rubs the top of my toes when being worn on the first day. Will be a great shoe for my fall wardrobe though!
I went to the store a week before my wedding and the shoe weren't in the store. The salesman was great to work with. I told him my situation and we ordered the shoe. They arrive on time and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Not to mention I was shaper than a Ginsu Knife in my new shoes.

They delivered the wrong shoes in the correct box. I ordered the black Weejun penny loafers. They sent oxblood tassel loafers. If I had not decided to open them while I was picking them up at the store, I would’ve wasted a second trip. The first trip was the day before when I went to pick up my order per notification, and it wasn’t in the store yet. Very disappointing. And this isn’t the first time I’ve tried to order these very basic staple from Macy’s/Bass. Moving on.
